2. Experience working with Web based applications using Servlets, JSP
3. At least 2 years of solid experience in Struts/JSF
4. At least 1 year of solid experience in Hibernate
5. Knowledge of well known design patterns.
6. Good Communication and Personality skills. Smart worker
Desired Skills
1. Understanding of web server configuration and functionality (Apache, Tomcat)
2. Ability to build technical designs from functional designs using industry-standard notation; specifically UML
3. Knowledge of Web services & SOA
