Process
· To be eligible for the referral bonus, all referrals MUST be submitted via the online employee referral tool at http://app.spire2grow.com/jda-acqura-emp-ref/jdaEmpRefLogin.do (User ID: Your Email ID; Password: Your JID without Alphabet J).
· Resumes will be screened on first come first serve basis.
· Interview invitation will be sent to the short listed candidates in a separate email.
· We have been getting requests on the resumes that were provided to the recruitment team in the past years. Please note that currently we have streamlined the referral process and the resumes that were uploaded in the system after February 13, 2013 only will be considered for referral bonus. If you have mailed resumes prior to this date, please submit them to the spire tool.
