We are looking for Project Manager @ NE

Location: Omaha, Neb.

Duration: One year plus

Position: Project Manager will work with the Information Security and Cyber Defense team.,

Must have infrastructure and IT security experience.

Must have a strong understanding of cyber-security, fraud and IT security within banking and finance. 

Summary
Responsible for managing and driving mid-sized and moderately complex projects to portions of larger, more complex and high priority projects/programs. Primary contact with the Project Sponsor, Program Manager, or Overall Project Manager to define, manage, and negotiate changes to project goals, schedule, resources and cost for their assigned project or phases of larger projects/programs
Job Responsibilities
Ensures Project and Program Methodologies and project implementation processes are followed. This includes managing and driving: 

– Project Schedule
– Project budget
– Risk and Issue Management
– Scope Change Management
– Status Reporting 

Assembles project team, assigning responsibilities, and identifying appropriate resources needed to ensure successful completion of project 

Manages the project budget, which includes understanding and validating estimates, cost variance tracking, and managing project resources effectively 

Negotiates as appropriate with project stakeholders and other appropriate parties to optimize project results 

Escalates to appropriate management to resolve open issues in a timely manner 

Facilitates and manages stakeholder, client and team project expectations 

Job Requirements 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools 
• Proficient in Microsoft Project 
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Proven success in delivering projects within budget and specified timeframes, while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Proven problem solving skills from problem assessment to solution selection
• Ability to identify alternatives and make contingency plans
• Capacity to embrace change and quickly adapt to new situations, changes in direction, and altering priorities
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments

REQUESTED EXPERIENCE: 
Strong understanding of cyber-security, fraud and IT security within banking and finance. 
Education:
Bachelors in Project Management or Information Security Management or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 4-6 years progressive project management experience in Cybersecurity, Fraud and IT Security, including large-scale programs and project management
