Position: HP BPM Consultant

Location: Reston, VA

Duration: 6 Months (Can get extended)

 

 

Enterprise Monitoring and Management Team Participate as a team member on the Enterprise Monitoring team to facilitate the conversion of Client BPM transactions to a credential management utility and other engineering tasks as required for the BPM application.

Perform analysis, design, development, unit testing of processes, and resolve defects encountered during various testing cycles.

Specific duties include: Modifications, validation, and coordinate migration of code changes to BPM Transactions.

Documentation of architecture and integration process flows with Visio application. Coordination of efforts with the impacted Application teams and provides regular progress reports to the Management team.

Technical Skill Requirements: BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (desired).

Minimum 3 years experience with Client BPM application.

Direct experience with Client BPM version 9.2.X performing installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and building synthetic transactions.

 

Environments: SUSE Linux, Solaris, Oracle, Sybase, DNS, Web firewalls, fireproofs, load balancers, global load balancers, portals.

Microsoft Office tools (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).

Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP and SNMP Management Protocols.

Personal Skills: Strong technical leadership skills.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills and persistence to identify source of problem.

Understand strategic direction and target architecture; cross-platform distribution/migration processes, and to document, develop and implement more efficient and reliable procedures.

Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills and ability to apply them appropriately in gathering requirements and making recommendations.

Develop a strong business relationship with individuals on the project team, partners and customers. High level of interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict management skills
