Location: Baltimore MD

Duration: 6+ months

Job description:

I also need AR/BI for Baltimor, MD

• 8 to 10 years proven track record in implementing Oracle Enterprise PeopleSoft financial software with a focus on Billing and Accounts Receivable
• Experience with Oracle Enterprise PeopleSoft Financials Release 9.2; PeopleTools 8.53.
• Candidate must possess referenceable work in General Ledger and Fixed Asset modules.
• Expertise with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
• Experience with PeopleSoft Financials implementations in the Public Sector; preferably with State governments
• Experience filling the role of PeopleSoft Functional Lead for Billing and Accounts Receivable and providing business process and PeopleSoft functional expertise in multiple projects (not concurrently)
• Able to collaborate and is a Team Player
• Able to support Project Manager with overall project deliverables as they relate to General Ledger and Fixed Assets
• Experience with designing the chart of accounts
• Experience planning and conducting Fit/Gap sessions; documenting sessions, assisting with preparation of final report
• Experience with writing functional specifications when customizations are needed
• Experience with knowledge transfer to the client through hands on and documentation methods
• Experience working with an offshore component as part of the financials implementation
• Willing and able to travel 100% of time to client site, and will work 4 days totaling 40 hours
• Application of appropriate practices, methodologies and tools to facilitate fulfilling a functional lead role
• Application of interpersonal skills to build relationships with Client and Ciber project team members
• Effective communications at project team level, meeting facilitation and presentations
• Effective and persuasive written communications
• Exercising good judgment
• Able to transfer knowledge by coaching, training
