Job Description

Software Knowledge for Daily Duties:

Strong Microsoft Office skills: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, VISIO, Access

Skill and Responsibility Overview:

• Conduct detailed business analysis involving complex requirements and processes. Documents and presents results to the project team and other stakeholders
• Analyze complex business requirements and provide solutions for operating models and implementation options
• Ability to understand, document and communicate core business practices to multiple audiences
• Understanding of standards, methodologies, processes, systems and technology to support this process
• Experience writing detailed business solutions, specifications and data mapping
• Identification, documentation and communication of current and future state processes
• In-depth knowledge and experience implementing workflow functionality to improve business processes.
• Analysis and reengineering of business processes
• Development of business process flows
• Data conversion mapping and testing
• Partner with the business and project team in planning and executing test plans
• Relevant experience in defining and implementing operational readiness
• In-depth knowledge and experience with software package implementations
• Strong writing, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to both define implementation strategy and tactically execute to achieve project goals
• Understanding of the Financial Services and banking industries
