Pos[ition : SAP Technical Data Migration Lead
Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: 10 Months+


Key requirements for Technical Data Migration lead are as follows

Should have completed at least 3-4 end to end data migration projects
including extraction, cleansing, mapping, enhancements, harmonization
testing and conversion
Ideal candidate must possess at least 10 years of large scale global data
migration experience
Must be able to work independently
Strong project Management skills are required.

Experience with SAP ECC 6,0 a must
Experience in managing all stages of data migration from data analysis to
pre go-live validations, user acceptance testing, user sign-off, Cut-Over
plans, migrating to Dev/QA/ Prod landscapes, and post go-live validations
Must have experience with data conversion tools such as SSIS, Informatica
etc
Must have strong knowledge of SAP data dictionary and data definitions of
objects from FICO, SD, MM, PS Asset Management and Treasury including
master data and hierarchies
Must have experience with LSMW, BDC, ABAP and BAPI functionalities

Must be able to work well across multiple diverse platforms needing the
same data

Excellent communication skills a must and ability to conduct one on one
workshops with the business highly desired.
Secondary requirements:
Experience with SAP BI needed but not required
Experience with Oracle or Lawson platforms needed but not required
Experience with Peoplesoft needed but not required
