JOB DESCRIPTION-
Company - Qualtech Consultants Pvt Ltd (A software and Product development Company)
Position- Business Analyst
Job Location- Gurgaon
Experience- 1.5 yrs to 4 yrs
Responsibilities-
*Client facing and Interaction, requirement gathering, gap analysis, preparation of Business Requirement Document (BRD), seeking clarifications from business and other stakeholders on requirements in order to assist in the freezing of the business logic..
*Understand Business requirement and able to provide best possible solution to the business
*Ensure Clarity on the points raised during the development, UAT and implementation.
*Investigate, troubleshoot and provide domain support to all the stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise during the course of development and implementation in a timely and efficient manner, through interaction with various stakeholders.
*Provide support to all the Stakeholders in order to sustain and increase the usage of the systems so that business initiatives are supported in a timely fashion.
We are looking for candidates with the following skill sets.
*Business analysis skills - ability to understand business objectives and translate them into specific requirements.
*Understanding of SDLC.
*Excellent oral, written and client presentation skills.
*Familiarity With Production support is added advantage
