Looking for Customer Support/ Technical Support/crm - Associate
1.Manage all aspects of customer-facing support for companys technology products.
2.Manage inbound / outbound support communications via email, phone and chat for International clients based in the US, Canada, Australia and UK.
3. Provide Voice based troubleshooting support to customers over remote software and resolve queries based on customers query.
4.The position requires excellent communication skills, sharp problem solving abilities and knowledge of ecommerce will be added advantage....
