Educational / Professional Qualification (Preferable)    : BE / BTech/ MCA/ B.Sc.

Technical Skills

·         4+ years in an application development/application support role with experience in VB, C#, SQL.

·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the proven ability to independently analyze a problem and determine root cause

·         Great attitude, self-starter, responsible, strong testing skills, strong team ethic and customer-support focus, good verbal and communication skills, ability to share knowledge and technology skills

·         Experience working with users to gather requirements

·         Experience with all phases of the SDLC.

·         Working knowledge of Mainframe applications will be a positive

·         US Annuity and Life Insurance Experience are highly preferred.

·         Flexible to support/work with Clients during US Business Hours.

 

REQUIREMENT-2         :  Application Developer-Graphtalk

·         3+ years exp in application development/support role in Graphtalk environment

·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the proven ability to independently analyze a problem and determine root cause

·         Experience with all phases of the SDLC

·         Strong programming fundamentals – modular design, documentation of code

·         Graphtalk Skills :  OOPS concept, Operators, Control Structures, Methods and Rules, History Management, Object & File handling, Library Classes, Shells, Transaction, Batches, Version control, Case tool Administration, GT ,Predefined methods and Attributes.

·          LOMA's FLMI certification would be preferred

·         US Annuity and Life Insurance Experience are highly preferred.

·         Flexible to support/work with Clients during US Business Hours.

 

 

REQUIREMENT-3         :  Business Analyst-Vantage One or wMA.

Product experience on CSC's Vantage One or wMA
Functional Skills:

·         Good domain knowledge on fixed and variable annuities.

·          Functional and system knowledge of various aspects Life and Annuity CSC products (Policy Administration, New Business, Underwriting, Agent/Agency, Customer service, Payouts and Workflow).

·           Experience in BA / requirements gathering role.

·         Req Pro, Rational Quality Manager or any other testing tool experience is preferred.

·          LOMA's AAPA / FLMI certification would be preferred

·         Flexible to support/work with Clients during US Business Hours.

 

REQUIREMENT-4         :  Application Developer-Vantage/wmA/Cyberlife -Mainframe.

·         Strong programming fundamentals – modular design, documentation of code

·         Strong database design fundamentals – normalization, data integrity etc

·         Mainframe Skills :  COBOL,DB2/SQL,MQ Series,CICS, QMF/SPUFI,JCL,VSAM,TSO/ISPF,FILE AID,SYNCSORT, Endevor/Control-M, IBM Debug Tool

·          LOMA's AAPA / FLMI certification would be preferred

·         US Annuity and Life Insurance Experience are highly preferred.
