Role : Network Engineer with F5 Load Balancers

Location: Bellevue - WA

Job Status : 6+ Months

H1 copy mandatory

Mandatory Skills:

• F5 Load Balancers

Job Description:

• Expertise in Check Point Firewall
• Expertise in F5 Load Balancer
• JPA - Java Persistence API, Citrix NetScaler ADC - Advanced Load Balancing, Operations Management
• Day to day FW operations management experience
• FW migration project experience is a plus
• General networking knowledge and strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience designing and implementing load balancing solutions for large enterprises
• Must have an understanding of load balancing strategies/techniques, expertise in application switching/traffic management, knowledge of persistence and SSL certificates 
• Must have complete understanding of basic and advance F5 load balancer configurations, and general troubleshooting of the F5 load balancers 
• Familiarity with packet capture tools (TCPdump / Wireshark)
• Must possess the experience and ability to lead and participate in technical sessions, to coordinate technical, implementation and/or troubleshooting discussions. 
• A strong understanding of structured network design and the OSI Interconnect Model
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills (written and oral)
• Responsible for analyzing application data flows and designing firewall & load balancer policies that support application requirements.
• Responsible for analyzing firewall and load balancer change requests and integrating changes into existing firewall and load balancer policies.
