· The U.S. India Tax Compliance Group is seeking qualified candidates to work at the Deloitte U.S. India, Hyderabad facility.
· The U.S. India Tax Compliance Group works with U.S.-based clients to provide tax compliance services, including income and several other tax return preparation, and computations.
· Specifically, this position will focus on providing individual tax and business tax return compliance process services, including projections, tax accounting, and related income tax compliance research for U.S. federal, state, and international tax matters, and identification and preparation of advisory services related to income tax matters.
· The ideal candidate for this position would embrace the opportunity to gain extensive knowledge in the field of U.S. income tax, be detail oriented, and have excellent people skills. Good communication skills in the English language, both written and spoken, are strongly encouraged.
· The position includes comprehensive training to equip the qualified candidate with the necessary functional and technical skills.

Dynamics of the profile:
Work timings | · Work timings vary by U.S. Tax service line. · Primary shifts are from 5:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m., 11 a.m.–8 p.m., and 2 p.m.–11 p.m. · The candidate should be flexible to work in any of the above shifts. No choice is provided to the candidate to pick their preferred shift. · It is not possible to switch shift timings once assigned. |

· No contract is signed with the new hires.
· There is no probationary period.
· "Busy seasons" require stretching as the workload requires.
· Time offs or leaves are not allowed during the training program, which is for a period of 14 weeks post joining.
