Role: Middleware developer
Location: Renton WA
Duration: 6 month contract
Job description:
Work as a member of our Mobile application development team to:
Develop “Connected Cabin” applications incorporating controllers and sensors to monitor on onboard equipment in seats, galley, life vests, etc. for applications supporting crew, flight attendants, etc.
Contribute to our strategic planning related to incorporating IoT technology into our products.
Required Skills and Experience
Java Development Experience – 5 years
Web services (Experience creating RESTful web services)
Server Javascript experience
Familiarity/experience working with NodeJS
Familiarity/experience with MongoDB or equivalent “NoSQL” databaase
Working with Tomcat or other web server
Understanding of client-side technologies (such as mobile, JavaScript, web)
Electrical Engineering degree very helpful.
Application development experience using (hardware) Sensors & Controllers highly
