Role: PeopleSoft - ePerformance, eCompensation
Duration: 7 months Contract
Location : NYC, NY
Job description:
3+ years of ePerformance, eCompensation, and Succession Planning Consultant experience
Experience with other PeopleSoft HCM Modules is much preferred
Ability to explain critical integration intra- and inter touch-points of the respective application and module
Ability to follow an implementation methodology and produce high quality work-products for Ciber and/or their clients
Ability to capture business requirements and end to end business processes with clients.
Experience with conducting fit/gap analysis, design, configuration and testing of the ePerformance and other modules.
